Litecoin arrives on the MCO platform. New steps forward by the former Monaco service.
Litecoin, the seventh largest cryptocurrency in the world by market capitalization, with over $ 4,3 billion in value, has just been added to the MCO cryptocurrency platform and its mobile wallet, thus enriching the range of the other four other available cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin (BTC), ether (ETH) Binance Coin (BNB) and the token MCO of the same company.
MCO, formerly known by the name of Monaco, is a platform of criptovaluta which allows users to buy, exchange, transfer and spend cryptocurrencies from smartphone. MCO Technology, the company behind MCO, has so far achieved over 180.000 downloads of mobile app and beyond 88.000 MCO Visa card reservations.
“With the inclusion of Litecoin app MCO Wallet, we are delving into the functionality of the app for users and transforming ourselves into an intuitive platform cryptocurrency exchange”Said Kris Marszalek, co-founder and CEO of MCO Technology. "Our support for Litecoin marks an essential step in expanding the variety of cryptocurrencies available to our users, and we are still working on expanding the audience of cryptocurrency investors," he added.
MCO Technology, a company founded in 2016 and based in Switzerland, launched its open beta mobile app in May 2018 after raising $ 26,7 million in its initial coin offer (ICO) in mid-2017 - one of the greater success in this area. The company says the platform is designed "for consumers looking for a simplified and secure approach to buy, exchange and send cryptocurrency."
The digital wallet works with one Visa card which, once available, will allow users to manage their spending in seven different sovereign currencies, and make purchases abroad. Through the online platform, users will be able to monitor their exchanges and uses through ATM, receive information on transactions in real time and block the card.
The MCO Technology roadmap - which will be integrated directly into the app MCO Wallet - also includes MCO Automated Crypto Investing, a cryptocurrency investment robo-advisory service and MCO Crypto Credit, a credit offer. In particular, MCO Automated Crypto Investing will allow users to invest in cryptocurrencies and easily create their own investment portfolio. The offer will include several features including automated purchase and sale: users will be able to withdraw their funds at any time without any transaction fees. MCO plans to charge a commission only when users make a profit.
In the meantime, MCO Crypto Credits will offer a credit of 60% and 40% of the value of a user's holdings in MCO and bitcoin tokens, respectively. The holdings in MCO and bitcoin will act as a sort of "guarantee".
