According to two sites that actively catalog "failed" cryptography projects, Coinopsy e deadcoin, over 201 initiatives failed to take off ... in 2018 alone. Obviously, each national and international institution must create its own rules in order to regulate the sector, and this is exactly what is happening in the blockchain world.
