Binance has decided to Delist, then to eliminate them.
This is a real blow, when the coins are listed on Binance they have surged, when they are delisted there is a net collapse.
Now it's up to you to decide whether to sell or buy, the problem is that the exchange has put some generic information on when they start the procedure to remove the coin, it has not specified the exact reason.

In order to protect our users, the Binance team conducts complete and periodic reviews of each digital asset listed on our platform to ensure that the projects maintain a high quality standard.
In the event that a coin or token falls below this quality standard, it will be subject to further revision and potentially delisted.
For public transparency, we would like to disclose some factors that inform our decision to remove digital resources:

- Quality and level of development activities Stability of the network / smart contract
- Level of public communication and activities
- Reactivity to our periodic due diligence
- Evidence of unethical / fraudulent behavior

Withdrawals of these coins and tokens from Binance will continue to be supported until the 2018 / 11 / 12 at 10: 00 (UTC).
