Private Island on The Sandbox

The Exclusible Private Islands are strategically located adjacent to one of the main Sandbox lands. These Metaverse islands comprise four different dimensions with a variety of attributes, including options for helipads, a private port, furniture or goods, and possible internal and external customizations.

The sale of these exotic islands was limited to just 25 private islands, with the latest purchases limited to personalities with at least 1 million followers on social media. The total amount of sales was 910 ETH, which equates to $ 2,9 million as of February 9th.

The leader of the social investing network eToro, PSG player Marco Verratti and entrepreneur Dan Holzmann are among the notable buyers of the virtual land. That said, Exclusible has also recently sold all of its 150 villas in the Exclusible Luxury District, a "high-end neighborhood of the metaverse" established in The Sandbox.

With the start of the sale of the villas, 75 of the villas worth 4 ETH each were sold within 48 hours during the presale, and a further 75 villas costing 6 ETH each were sold within 5 hours during the public sale. The total value of the villas came to 750 ETH, or approximately $ 1,6 million.

With the Metaverse resuming business, fashion giant Gucci bought LAND in the Sandbox ahead of a virtual fashion week in March.

The growing Metaverse craze

With the Metaverse craze taking over, Metaverse tokens have enjoyed quite a bit of social attention in recent months. As of press time, however, The Sandbox was trading at $ 4,24 noticing weekly losses of 11%.

Decentraland (MANA) traded at $ 3,30, a daily gain of 4,34%, while Enjin Coin sat at $ 1,97, a 3,80% gain in 24 hours. That said, just a couple of days ago, The Sandbox announced that users can now stake its native currency, SAND, on Polygon, which pumped the prices of both tokens by nearly 10% in one day.

If you are interested in trading MANA, you can use safe and reliable platforms such as Bitcoin Revolution. This allows you to trade with minimal investment, like real professionals. Furthermore, in this way you will be able to make gains both when the cryptocurrency market goes up and down.
